Out of conference schedule released

Nice! More good stuff coming from the athletic department, this time the release of the out of conference schedule.

GW will be at the preseason NIT against Boston U. at Villanova, then either Villanova or Marist, plus more teams if they go farther. After that it's basically the same as last year, which is the CAA and Patriot League: UNC-Wilmington, at George Mason, Navy in the BB&T, Towson, at Oregon State, East Carolina, at UAB, Holy Cross, at Howard, and Harvard.

But hey, I'm fine with that kind of schedule, as it's better to play smaller teams I've heard and that are in the area instead of, say, Savannah State and Sacramento State. Oregon State is a return game, while UAB could be a good one as well, they were 25-9 last year and did well in the NIT, though they lost a couple of seniors.

What do you think? Better schedule, or crap?

Last year, if you recall, it was about the same schedule plus Providence, UMBC, and Princeton
