In a normal year, Towson would be an easy win. Of course, in a normal year Hampton and Navy would be easy wins. Herve gives Towson the edge by 2. Towson is 2-4 with wins over Coppin State and Western Michigan, and losses to Navy, Hofstra, Buffalo and Miami (OH). They sound pretty bad.
